Very accommodating, caring, respectful, professional. I had a septic emergency, I called for help, they responded immediately. Mark even unburried the cover and pumped my tank. So thankful. It's great to know that there is still a company that cares.

I had an emergency situation with my septic and called a business who said they would check out the situation in 4 weeks. When I explained the emergency they told me I wouldn't get anyone else sooner. That's when I learned about Drain care/Boomhower Construction. I called their office and that same day (Friday afternoon) Tod was in my yard assessing the situation. He had his driver Mark at my home first thing Monday morning to pump out my tank and make recommendations for for services/repairs that needed to be completed (broken line) Tod was great and set everything in motion the same day I called. Mark is a professional and answered all my questions throughout the service. I was very fortunate to find this company and will do all future business with them!! Highly recommend them for all your septic needs.
